Job Title: AEM Tech Lead

Base Pay Range $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr
Job Description The AEM Tech Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. This role ensures technical excellence, scalability, and alignment with business objectives while mentoring development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AEM solution design and implementation, including templates, components, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices.
Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and resolve technical issues.
Stay updated on Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and recommend enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong expertise in AEM Sites, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and Dispatcher configurations.
Proficiency in Java, JSP, HTL, Sightly, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
Experience with cloud deployments (Adobe Managed Services, Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs) and third-party systems.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Sites Developer or Architect preferred.
