Keystone Engineering is currently seeking a Design Supervisor - Civil/Structural to lead our Nassau Bay team. Position Type:

Occasional site visits required Responsibilities include: Supervises and mentors staff. Maintains a competent staff of drafters, designers, and checkers capable of working on multi-disciplined projects. Responsible for orienting all new employees of the drafting resource group. Ensures employees within drafting are properly trained on required software. Responsible for evaluating all employees of drafting. Responsible for salary administration for all drafting resources. Responsible for assigning work and staffing projects with drafting resources. Monitors drafting progress for all projects. Audits drawings on a regular basis for completeness and adherence to standards. Ensures all drawings are properly checked. Schedules "Lunch and Learns" to further educate those within Drafting. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED 15+ years working experience Previous project schedule and budget management experience. Field experience, able to walk down project per the client scope.
