We’re looking for an experienced
DERMS / ADMS Support Engineer
to provide hands‑on application and systems support for platforms that integrate
solar, wind, EVs, and battery storage
into the power grid.
What You’ll Do
Provide
L2/L3 support
for
Distributed Energy Resource Management (DERMS)
and
Advanced Distribution Management (ADMS)
systems.
Monitor and maintain grid operations platforms to ensure
stability and performance
during high-load events.
Work closely with
dispatchers, operators, and field teams
to resolve real-time operational issues.
Support
release management
— testing, deployment, and validation of system updates and patches.
Document
runbooks, incident resolutions, and outage response
best practices.
Drive process improvements to enhance
restoration times and outage communication .
What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience supporting
DERMS, ADMS, EMS, OMS, or SCADA
systems.
Solid understanding of
distributed energy resources
(solar, wind, batteries, EVs).
Experience with
incident, problem, and change management
(ITIL processes).
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
