As a
Sr Product Support Engineer , you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for product and system prototypes. You will assess customer needs and determine the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems. Your responsibilities include product installation, testing, error/defect detection and correction, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators.

Qualifications You Must Have
High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 10 or more years of related experience
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Progressive hands-on experience with wireless networks, tactical communications and personal computers
Communication and customer interface skills
Comprehensive understanding of system level maintenance of networks and communications systems
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
Working knowledge of operating military units and logistics
Familiarity with the network and integration of traditional communications systems and sensors
Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with RF, vehicle installation and maintenance procedures
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Government, or US Military
Leadership experience in the military or civilian organization
