was established in 1961 and has grown to a staff of over 300, including professional engineers, scientists, architects, planners and technical specialists. GRAEF’s Headquarters are in Milwaukee, WI, with 8 other offices in Green Bay and Madison, WI; 2 offices in Chicago; one in Minneapolis, MN; and 3 Florida offices in Orlando, Miami and Sarasota. GRAEF’s goal is to provide quality professional engineering services to solve clients’ needs in the most cost‑effective way through technical competence, innovation, creativity, and high motivation. The firm serves major markets including structural, public works, industrial/architectural, planning, landscape architecture, environmental, transportation, construction, mechanical, plumbing and electrical services. We have an exciting opportunity available for 2 students who are interested in joining our team of professionals through a Co‑op experience. Our opportunity is in our Milwaukee Headquarters office beginning in the summer of 2026. Successful students will spend 4 Co‑op sessions in our Infrastructure Group learning civil engineering duties related to sewer, water, environmental, site development, municipal engineering, as well as surveying, construction inspection and a variety of street, highway, traffic and bridge design. Responsibilities
Learn civil engineering duties related to sewer, water, environmental, site development, municipal engineering, as well as surveying, construction inspection and a variety of street, highway, traffic and bridge design (4 Co‑op sessions). Minimum qualifications
Current sophomore standing while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction or Environmental Engineering. If you have taken a Surveying course, that would be considered a plus. Prior internship experience is a plus. Ability to grasp new concepts and eager to learn new things. Enjoy a balance of independent tasks and working with a project team. We are proud to offer you
