Design engineering solutions Conduct and monitor site inspections Join project and client meetings Refine technical designs and documentation Analyze reports and specifications Explore project and client management Leverage digital tools and innovation Drive sustainable outcomes Build connections through the Early Career Professionals Network Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field Successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months Demonstrated interest through internships, volunteering, or organization memberships Creative thinking with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving Proficient communication and presentation skills Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on growth and delivering value Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork Location and Work Arrangements
