Basic Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
Major in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Industrial and Operations Systems Engineering, or Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher.
Current active Secret Security Clearance or higher.
Responsibilities
Analyze and design sequences of operations and workflows to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
Assist in establishing accident prevention measures and manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations.
Conduct studies on cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. Develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and operational revisions based on these studies.
Support facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.
Salary $70,200 – $105,400 (salary range for Roy, UT).
