1st shift (Monday - Friday, 4:45am - 12:45pm) or 2nd (Monday - Friday, 1:15pm - 9:45pm) Responsibilities

Racking/Unracking

Determine priority of jobs to begin preparing for processing Select appropriate racking procedure according to size, shape and number of objects to be processed Wire or clip objects to rack or hoist for processing Remove parts from rack or bar after processing Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines Ensure proper PPE is worn and safety guidelines are followed Maintain a clean working area at all times by disposing of any unnecessary trash or wires Manage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations Perform other duties as required Masking

Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications and drawings Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks Ensure integrity of incoming parts (damage, scratches, etc.) Complete work order and all necessary paperwork according to job, drawings and specifications Manage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations Perform other duties as required Paint Room

Assist the Painter in daily activities not involving actual spraying of paint Prepare parts by hand sanding and solvent cleaning Mix a variety of chromate and non-chromated primers and topcoats Lay parts out and maneuver for eased application of paint Complete work order and necessary paperwork during paint process Accurately process and document oven charts and temperatures Sweeping and cleaning the paint shop as necessary Observe safety regulations and wear protective masks and clothing while performing daily activities Manage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations Setup and label cubic yard hazardous waste storage boxes Other duties as assigned Upon successful completion of the training program in one of the following areas above, the trainee will transition into a full time role: Racker/Unracker I, Masker I or Paint Assistant I position. Requirements

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Basic mathematic skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Good communication skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced and ever-changing environment with multiple priorities. Compensation Range - $20.76 to 26.00 DOE Work Environment

Temperatures in the work environment can fluctuate with outside weather conditions. Due to the manufacturing environment, Personal Protection Equipment may be required including safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, and a respirator (provided by Company). Application Process
