Job Title: Planning Engineering Technician
Job Purpose
The Planning Technician supports engineering activities such as design, modification and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production.
Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities
Plan jobs using InPlan and InStack applications to create production travelers for a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing plan Complete controlled impedance stack-ups, instruct CAM operators on all tooling requirements, answer technical questions from other departments, as well as, effectively communicate with customers. Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review on customer designs. Perform spec-review and spec-summary on all customer documents and/or industry standards.
Education And Experience
Preferred engineering degree or associate's degree in engineering with 2+ years equivalent design systems experience. Experience in planning, product engineering, and tooling in a PCB manufacturing environment required. Familiarity with standard manufacturing design rules, blueprints, customer specifications and industry standards such as IPC. Experience using a CAD/CAM system is helpful Good written and verbal customer communication skills.
This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Salary Range (annual) : $64,272.00 - $68,640.00
Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
