Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Construction Estimator located in West Des Moines, IA. The Commercial Construction Estimator will be responsible for performing quantity take-offs, preparing cost estimates, and managing project budgets. The role involves analyzing project specifications, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring accurate and timely estimates. Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members is essential for this role.

Qualifications

Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills

Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience with 5+ years in a project manager or estimator role

Cost Management and Budgeting skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Bluebeam and Sage 100

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Experience in commercial construction is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
