ENERCON Federal Services Group is looking to hire an Associate Manager or Engineering Manager to join the team in Kennesaw, Dallas, FT Worth, Naperville, Aiken, Overland Park, or Kennewick. Lead a dynamic team, balancing priorities, ensuring quality, and meeting deadlines while driving project success. Approve designs, mentor engineers, and build strong client relationships. Foster growth, solve technical challenges, and ensure your unit thrives—delivering outstanding results and advancing both individual and company success. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university, or equivalent work and training in a related role. Associate Manager: Minimum of 3 years of design engineering experience in Nuclear, Federal, DOE, Industrial or power generation, and EIT, 5 years preferred. Manager: Minimum of 6 years of design engineering experience with 2 years of leadership and a professional engineering license. Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills. Proficient in Word and Excel. Additional Information
