This position plays an important role in maintaining product standards and supporting quality processes across the plant. The role is based fully on-site and will work closely with production and engineering teams to address issues, improve systems, and ensure compliance with quality requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about operational quality and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with
strong potential for growth . Quality Engineer Responsibilities Drive overall product and process quality across manufacturing operations Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards Lead problem-solving efforts, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements Partner with suppliers, production teams, and cross-functional groups to ensure quality objectives are met Support new product development and validation from a quality perspective Train and coach employees on quality processes and best practices Prepare for and participate in internal and external quality audits Quality Engineer Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required Quality experience in a manufacturing environment required Must be able to work 100% on-site in Cleveland, OH Associate Full-time Quality Assurance and Engineering Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at #twiceasnice Recruiting by 2x MRO Quality Engineer (H/F) - SAFRAN POWER USA, LLC
