Civil EIT Engineer-In-Training (New graduate) – Alexandria, VA. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to start a Civil Engineering career with a 100% employee-owned firm, Wiley|Wilson, which has over 180 employee-owners across five locations. The position involves working on Local, Federal, and State Government projects under the guidance of a licensed Engineer. Responsibilities
Work under the guidance of a licensed Engineer on site design and stormwater management projects. Prepare calculations, reports, and design drawings; participate in field investigations; perform research related to project design. Assist with quantity take-offs, help prepare estimates, and take on other tasks as assigned. Collaborate with peers and clients using strong interpersonal skills. What We Offer

Strong work ethic, analytical reasoning, and interpersonal abilities for managing communications with peers, colleagues, and clients.
