Responsibilities

Manage the on-site QA process in conjunction with the contractor’s QC staff Oversee the day-to-day construction activities on-site, including Oversee the client’s Inspection staff, as well as special inspections and material testing on-site Monitor and report on daily construction activities and quality performance Evaluate the progress of construction and ensure corrective action is implemented to resolve problems or field-related construction issues and any non-conformance matters in a timely and effective manner, while assessing impacts on program cost and schedule Conduct routine quality program meetings with contractor and client team to report on quality progress Direct functional responsibilities and works schedules of quality assurance personnel Monitor compliance with contract requirements
