General Contractor that focuses on Government and Federal work throughout the Midwest and beyond looking for a construction Project Coordinator to come on board. This role offers great benefits, bonus, and more. Responsibilities

Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes and deadlines. Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Ensure clients’ needs are met and all projects are delivered on time, with quality standards met. Coordinate with the project manager and other team members to keep all aspects of the projects on schedule. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project coordination, particularly within the construction industry. Extensive experience with federal/government projects. Proven experience in project management coordination or similar role. Experience in project management from conception to delivery. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner. Hands-on experience with project management tools. PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Strong proposal experience is a must. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. Ability to work on tight deadlines. Benefits
