Contribute innovative electrical design ideas to R&D projects Lead or support R&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality goals Coordinate prototype manufacturing and testing activities Define and execute Design of Experiments to validate solutions Document project progress and derive design rules from results Engage in intellectual property discussions and risk identification Provide technical support to factories, marketing teams, and customers Collaborate with global R&D teams to optimize electrical design. Contribute to product cost out improvements foreseen under R&D projects and dedicated to Jefferson City location. Support development of design portfolio manufactured in Jeff City. Your Background
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 2+ years of experience in electrical design, preferably in transformers Experience in R&D within a business environment is a plus Knowledge of magnetic, dielectric, or thermal design preferred Familiarity with FEM or 2D circuit simulation tools is beneficial Strong communication skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset More About Us
