We are seeking

Entry-Level Field Engineers

to join our growing team in

Miami

and

West Palm Beach, Florida . This is an excellent opportunity for

recent or upcoming graduates (Summer 2025 - August or Fall 2025 - December)

in

Civil Engineering

who are eager to begin their careers in heavy civil construction.

As a Field Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience on some of Florida’s largest infrastructure and roadway projects, working alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents. You’ll learn the ins and outs of construction management — from planning and field layout to cost control and project execution — while helping to build highways, interchanges, and bridges across the state.

Responsibilities

Work closely with experienced Project Managers and Superintendents to learn day-to-day field operations on active civil construction projects.

Shadow and assist field leadership in surveying, layout, quality control, and production tracking.

Review drawings, specifications, and help ensure work is completed per contract requirements.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams on scheduling, materials, and deliveries.

Prepare field reports, as-builts, RFIs, and other project documentation.

Monitor jobsite progress, safety, and quality performance.

Gain exposure to project scheduling, cost tracking, and document control systems to build a strong foundation for future Project Engineer responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Graduation Date:

Summer 2025 or Fall 2025.

Strong interest in civil/heavy highway construction.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam a plus.

Willingness to work in the field and travel locally to project sites.
