FMM is seeking a motivated professional for the role of Traveling Electrical Site Supervisor. We are a maintenance and construction company servicing residential and commercial clients nationwide.

Job Summary: The Traveling Electrical Site Supervisor will oversee electricians to ensure proper installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems. Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, managing electrical projects in the Tucson area with regional travel, and potentially managing projects in other regions upon successful completion.

Essential Job Duties: Establish high-quality work practices aligned with FMM's mission. Assist with electrical work as needed. Coordinate projects and schedules to ensure timely completion. Produce sketches and layout drawings for projects. Minimize errors and resolve problems efficiently. Train new electricians or develop a team to facilitate training. Understand electrical system installation in ground-up commercial projects. Implement all aspects of new construction commercial electrical builds, including slab rough-in, wall layout, equipment installation, power and lighting distribution, feeder pulls, trim-out, troubleshooting, code compliance, and crew management.

Required Skills and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent apprenticeship. Adherence to safety protocols and a drug-free environment. Minimum of five (5) years of electrical experience. Knowledge of safety regulations, client, and company policies. Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions based on core values: Quality, Teamwork, Pride, Passion, and Integrity. Proficiency in computer, text, and email communication. Experience with power tools and electrical testing equipment. Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Experience with high and low voltage systems. Strong understanding of electrical principles. Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. Leadership skills and ability to manage challenges confidently. Proven organizational and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively.

Physical Requirements: Ability to pass Fit for Duty, drug, alcohol, and motor vehicle screenings. Work in high noise environments, around moving mechanical parts, and construction machinery. Lift up to 50 lbs.
