Electrical Project Engineer EIT/PE (Hybrid)

We are seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join our team. Successful candidates will have experience delivering Design/Build and Renovation Projects, ideally for Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Government, Transportation, etc. Must have engineering consulting experience managing multiple projects at various stages, including planning, design, production, quality control and financial responsibilities. This person will provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to team members to assure total quality of all engineering efforts; coordinates the activities of all team members and assures production meets schedules while producing a reasonable profit. Responsibilities

Deliver Design/Build and Renovation electrical projects across Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Government, Transportation, and related sectors. Manage multiple projects at various stages (planning, design, production, quality control, budgeting) within an engineering consulting environment. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff; coordinate activities of all team members to meet schedules and profit goals. Represent the electrical discipline in client and internal meetings; ensure adherence to budgets and timelines. Qualifications

6-10+ years of experience Designing and Managing Electrical/MEP Projects in Engineering Consulting or Design/Build settings Proven experience designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects Project experience delivering new construction and/or renovation projects in Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Government, Transportation, etc. EIT or PE licensed preferred Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Experience with construction costs and life-cycle analysis; capable of managing moderate to complex projects Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline Strong client and team communication; ability to represent the electrical discipline in meetings Ability to mentor junior staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Local Building Codes and Standards Strong technical leadership and management skills Job Details
