Manufacturing & Process Engineer
to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. This role focuses on improving production efficiency, supporting equipment reliability, and driving process improvement across the plant. You’ll spend about 40% of your time on the production floor troubleshooting equipment, running test samples, validating molds, and installing machinery. The rest of your time will be dedicated to designing systems, analyzing data, and leading improvement projects. What You’ll Do:
Improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency Work with maintenance to improve equipment uptime Develop and enforce standard operating procedures Design fixtures and jigs to support quality and assembly Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities Support and troubleshoot PLC systems Validate molds for new products and ensure quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations What We’re Looking For:
Background in manufacturing or process engineering Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks or similar) Experience with process improvement and project management Hands-on experience working on the plant floor Knowledge of PLC systems, tooling, and data analysis Experience with compression molding (a plus, not required) Familiarity with material handling, pumps, hydraulics, or 3D printing (bonus) Ready to make a difference?
