Leading construction administration activities for multi-discipline construction projects in accordance with the project contract and schedule. Conducting daily construction inspections to ensure proper installation of equipment. Managing the flow of project communications including submittals, RFIs and supplemental instructions. Ensuring safety standards are being followed. Creating daily construction reports. Requirements / Qualifications
Travel to construction sites is an essential function of this position; a valid driver’s license is required. The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling eight years of relevant experience. Acceptable combinations include: Associate degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline plus six years of experience. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related discipline plus four years of experience. No degree plus eight years of experience. Ideal Candidate
Experience with construction management for three or more projects valued at $50M (or greater) in size. Experience with pre-cast concrete food plant construction. Experience with construction scheduling. Experience processing paperwork such as RFIs, change orders, supplemental instructions, requests for payment, etc. Experience arranging and conducting site meetings. How to Apply
