Integrated Maintenance Project Manager CEM

About The Role The AIM implementation/revitalization “Breaking the reactive cycle” is a change process with substantial impact on cement manufacturing and related departments. The success of the project depends on client commitment to the change process. As Task Force Leader, you will coach and support implementation, ensuring continuous improvement after project completion.
What You'll Accomplish
Support the project team in strategy development, objective setting, and System Implementation Schedule (SIS)
Maintain clear, transparent communication with all stakeholders
Align stakeholders by communicating direction and motivating them to overcome resource and bureaucratic barriers
Collaborate closely with other team leaders to ensure SIS compliance and resolve conflicts
Drive continuity and ownership of the change process, assist in installation of all changes, and support the AIM team during implementation
Lead and coordinate Task Force members, coaching supervisors and managers in practical implementation of maintenance processes
Ensure proper documentation and create terms of reference to sustain the project
Maintain project momentum throughout implementation
Demonstrate commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies, promoting a culture of safety
What We're Looking For Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
Field of Study:
Maintenance Engineering or related discipline
Experience:
5 to 7 years in plant maintenance in heavy industry, preferably in management systems, quality systems, and project management
Training/Certifications:
Lean manufacturing, Project Management
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS (Maximo and SAP PM)
Travel:
20%
Additional Requirements
Outstanding communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
Inquisitive, pragmatic, and research-oriented
Teamwork experience and understanding of collaboration importance
Analytical and problem‑solving skills
Preventive maintenance techniques and planning & scheduling (highly desired)
Budgeting and cost management
Demonstrated project management and lean manufacturing skills
Adherence to all safety protocols and PPE usage; respirator wear requires clean‑shaven seal area
