Associate Creative Director (UX/UI)
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director (UX/UI) to lead the design of end‑to‑end digital experiences across web, mobile, and commerce. This role combines strategic UX thinking with exceptional UI craft, guiding teams to deliver intuitive, visually compelling solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Role
– Temporary, part‑time (20 hrs/week) through end of year, full remote, W2 U.S. candidates only. Possibility to convert to permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative vision and execution of UX/UI across multiple digital products and platforms.
Drive user‑centered design strategies, from research and journey mapping to polished visual design.
Oversee concept development, prototyping, and usability testing, ensuring clarity and cohesion.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align design with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Present and articulate design rationale to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end product design and visual excellence.
Proven experience leading teams and influencing creative direction.
Expertise in Figma, design systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Strong understanding of responsive web, native apps, and familiarity with front‑end technologies.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Agency or consultancy experience, eCommerce background, and interest in AI‑driven design.
