Senior Electrical Engineer
The Senior Electrical Engineer will play a key role supporting advanced construction projects in industrial & manufacturing, data centers, and semiconductor facilities. This position is responsible for leading complex mechanical, electrical, and field construction activities, developing estimates, reviewing design options, and ensuring project quality from preconstruction through commissioning. The role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration across disciplines, and the ability to mentor junior staff.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead and complete complex mechanical, electrical, and field construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Develop budgetary M/E estimates, perform systems analysis, and provide value engineering recommendations.
Review design documents, identify potential quality issues, and contribute to constructability and quality control reports.
Manage and coordinate M/E scopes of work during bidding, subcontractor selection, and construction sequencing.
Conduct site inspections, oversee commissioning processes, and ensure deficiencies are corrected.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience).
5+ years of construction and/or engineering experience, preferably on large-scale advanced facilities projects.
Proven ability to deliver complex M/E estimating, systems analysis, and commissioning for industrial or mission-critical projects.
