Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Dolton, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for machining the mold tooling components required for our manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision machined metal parts.
Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.
Utilize measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machining processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications
5+ experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
Proficient in CNC programming - using EDGECAM
Proficient in reading technical drawings.
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
Familiarity with HAAS machines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
