$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Judge Direct Placement Judge Direct Placement is seeking a degreed Continuous Improvement Engineer in Canton, OH area! The candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of a long term strategic plan to involve all employees in the plant in the search of an environment that improves operations efficiency and lowers production costs. Responsibilities: Develop plant CI Implementation Strategy Manage CI assets to deliver year over year cost savings Lead plant MVP projects and processes Implement cost savings improvement projects Implement Standard Work projects Implement corporate/CI systems Develop, implement and manage standard work for all areas Requirements: Master degree in related field preferred 5+ year’s experience in plant operations, CI engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to lead kaizen events Ability to complete cost savings projects Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in matrix organization Lead cross functional teams Strong analytical skills Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills Seniority level
