Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
The Project Manager will oversee and estimate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in managing property-related construction projects and a keen eye for detail.

Description
Prepare detailed project estimates, including labor, materials, and other costs.
Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to meet goals.
Monitor project budgets and control expenses effectively.
Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Travel to project sites 2 times a month.
