Production Manager

to join our team. The selected candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented, and will oversee all aspects of production through shipment, ensuring our travel accessories meet quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost targets. This role requires strong communication with factories and internal teams. Responsibilities

Manage the full production lifecycle from order placement through on-time delivery. Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure products meet brand standards, cost parameters, and customer requirements. Maintain clear and consistent communication with overseas factories regarding production status, timelines, and quality expectations. Monitor production schedules and proactively resolve any delays or capacity issues to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with product development team to confirm all pre-production, TOP, and shipment samples for accuracy in materials, color, construction, and packaging. Utilize ERP systems (preferably AMT) to create and track purchase orders, work in progress, and factory performance. Coordinate with freight and logistics teams to ensure a smooth handoff of finished goods from factory to its final destination. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and vendor accountability. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or related experience, a must 5-7 years in production management or related roles within the accessories, soft goods, or travel goods industry. Strong familiarity with ERP systems, preferably AMT, for efficient work in progress tracking and PO management. Effective communication skills for collaboration with factories, internal teams, and approval processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing its features for comprehensive data analysis and reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. What We Offer
