Mechanical Engineer

to join our dynamic Pre-Construction team. This role supports conceptual estimating efforts and technical proposal development for HVAC, sheet metal ductwork, plumbing, and piping systems. Possess a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Foundational knowledge or strong interest in HVAC, ductwork, plumbing, and piping systems Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and cost data systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review construction documents and define project scopes Support conceptual estimating efforts to inform early-stage project budgeting Develop detailed cost estimates for HVAC, sheet metal ductwork, plumbing, and piping systems using industry-standard software Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate and competitive pricing Identify and propose value engineering solutions that optimize cost and performance Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and support sales teams with technical presentations Apply
