We are seeking a highly motivated Analog Electronics Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and testing of precision analog circuits. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hardware design, with experience in creating reliable analog solutions for complex systems.
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the performance, durability, and compliance of analog components across a variety of applications, including sensor, communication systems, power management, and industrial control systems.
The successful applicant will play a critical role in designing and advancing innovative hardware solutions that meet technical and operational requirements.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Requirements
Proficiency in designing, simulating, and testing analog circuits using tools such as SPICE (e.g., LTspice, PSpice) or similar software. Strong understanding of semiconductor devices (e.g., op-amps, transistors) and their application in circuit design. Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges through systematic problem-solving. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders. Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., IPC, IEEE) and documentation practices. Education, Experience, And Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Preferred: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in analog electronics design, testing, and troubleshooting. Open to: Candidates with no formal experience but strong academic backgrounds, relevant internships (e.g., 1–2), or projects demonstrating hardware design skills. Deep understanding of analog circuit theory, signal integrity, and power supply design. Practical experience with PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence) and hardware prototyping. Familiarity with firmware or software integration for mixed-signal systems (if applicable). Ability to interpret datasheets, schematics, and technical specifications. Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience with RF circuit design, embedded systems, or industrial automation. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C for test automation or data analysis. Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 17025 or other quality management systems.
