VSL Civil is currently hiring for a Bridge Construction Project Manager to support our Heavy Civil operations headquartered in Fort Worth, TX. We currently have a project in Mobile, AL anticipated to run a 3 year duration. We are open to individuals sitting full time in Mobile, AL with minimal travel requirements or sitting in Fort Worth, TX full time with heavy travel requirements. Responsibilities
As a project manager, you will oversee specialty new construction, complex repair, and strengthening of bridges. Collaborate with internal teams, create schedules, negotiate contracts, and maintain financial oversight. Provide leadership to project teams, work closely with estimators and sales, foster customer relationships, and prioritize safety and quality control throughout all bridge projects, with the opportunity to travel to job sites throughout the US. Qualifications/Requirements
Hands-on construction leadership with proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with the capability to successfully oversee construction projects with contract values ranging from $1 million to $10 million. Experience managing heavy civil projects, including structural concrete placement and segmental construction. Company culture and benefits
