Description:
We're looking for a seasoned
Quality Engineer
with a passion for excellence and innovation. You'll bring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to continuously improve QA processes.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
Hands-on experience with CI tools (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab)
Strong understanding of QA processes in Agile/Scrum environments
Proficient in defect tracking and root cause analysis (Jira, Rally)
Familiarity with automation and performance testing concepts
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
Knowledge of risk-based testing methodologies
Experience in test environment and test data management
Preferred Qualifications
Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases
2+ years of advanced SQL experience
Familiarity with data frameworks, strategies, and best practices
Responsibilities
Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver high-quality software
Design, develop, and maintain functional automation test scripts
Execute test cases and validate application functionality
Perform backend validation using SQL
Conduct various testing types: smoke, white box, black box, integration, regression, system
Participate in requirement and design reviews
Manage test coverage based on risk analysis
Document and prioritize defects
Coordinate test script reviews with stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery of QA artifacts within scope and quality standards
Contribute to Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain strong working relationships across project teams
Proactively identify and resolve blockers
Help evolve QA processes and best practices
