Field Service Engineer
who’s ready to own installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance across North America.
Salary Range Base Pay:
$121,000 – $150,000 per year

Hybrid Schedule & Travel • Hybrid schedule – onsite in South San Francisco 2 days per week when not traveling • Up to 50% travel across the U.S. and Canada
What You’ll Do
Install, calibrate, and repair automated bioprocessing systems.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues in the field.
Train customers and internal teams on new system use.
Maintain service documentation and partner with engineering teams to improve processes.
Must‑Have Requirements
5+ years of Field Service Engineering or related technical experience (biotech, pharma, automation, or medical device preferred).
Hands‑on troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, and IT systems.
Strong professionalism and ownership to represent the company confidently at customer sites.
Based in the Bay Area and able to work onsite at least 2 days a week.
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
