Location and Compensation Location: Richmond, CA
Starting Pay: $24.04/hour
Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire
Schedule Start times: 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM, 5 days a week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required.
Responsibilities
Drive vehicles onto and off of railcars safely and efficiently.
Park vehicles in designated areas for processing, inventory, and inspection.
Conduct basic inspections to identify and report any visible damage or quality issues.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely vehicle movement.
Follow all safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
A willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift 40 lbs over head while standing
Ability to climb ladders and stairs both off and on railcars
Manual transmission experience preferred, but not required
Open availability required, with the ability to work 5 days a week.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required.
Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening.
The Federal Rail Administration safety regulations apply; use of cannabis is strictly prohibited. If applicable and offered, you will have to pass a drug screen.
