Role As a Customer Success Manager overseeing our Accounting Products, you’ll be a key contributor to Taxbit’s customer service organization and a critical team member driving customer and business success while operating as an accounting subject‑matter expert.

Responsibilities

Provide best‑in‑class user experience by assisting with customer implementations and leading technical accounting discovery and solution delivery.

Serve as the Taxbit Enterprise Accounting products subject‑matter expert; support product development through testing new features, performing quality control for client implementations, and providing product feedback.

Be a US GAAP domain expert with respect to digital asset accounting and reporting.

Act as a Customer Operations lead to support the execution of our enterprise solutions.

Deliver amazing experiences to Taxbit partners and customers, upholding a high standard of excellence.

Communicate market impact and product value to external parties as a market‑solutions expert.

Provide expert knowledge on accounting, sub‑ledger technology, and period‑end workflows to support client needs.

Collaborate with a team of experts to support a wide variety of needs as the business continues to scale and grow rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Drive successful customer relationships as the key point of contact.

Perform strong customer operations to drive delivery on engagements with enterprise customers.

Partner with product to ensure the quality and integrity of Taxbit products.

Leverage subject‑matter expertise in complex digital asset accounting topics to better support Taxbit customers.

Serve internal stakeholders and customers for system discovery, product testing, implementations, and overall customer success.

Evaluate current needs within customer processes and work cross‑functionally to determine how best to meet those needs.

Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their business, processes, and products through proactive communication and in‑depth discovery.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of accounting experience in public accounting or industry; experience with digital asset accounting is a plus.

Degree in accounting (preferably a master’s degree). CPA certification preferred.

Exceptional organizational and management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and disparate information.

Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; high attention to detail.

Team player eager to contribute from day one; brings a great attitude, work ethic, and eagerness to learn.

Detail oriented, proficient with Excel; ability to develop new or pertinent skill sets.

Passion for digital assets and solving critical accounting and reporting needs; deep familiarity with the digital asset landscape is a plus.

Ready to perform job functions with minimal supervision.

Strong desire to keep up with emerging issues, news, and best practices within the industry.

Exceptional communication skills and ability to present solutions and represent Taxbit.

Compensation The base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $150,000. This role is eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary depending on location, experience, level, and qualifications.
