Customer Transport Coordinator
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

As a Customer Transport Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating vehicle relocation services, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute customer vehicle relocation orders with accuracy and efficiency
Schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring all instructions are followed precisely
Oversee additional services such as vehicle detailing, titling/registration, and storage placement
Communicate clearly and promptly with staff and independent contractors via email, phone, and CRM
Maintain accurate records in CRM, including timely updates and document uploads
Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service skills and a proactive communication style
Confidence in decision‑making and ownership of responsibilities
Effective time management and multitasking abilities
Comfort with CRM systems and advanced computer skills
High school diploma required; inventory experience is a plus
Minimum typing speed of 37 WPM and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
