As a
Remote Live Chat Customer Support Representative , you’ll be the voice (or, rather, the text!) behind the great experiences our customers have with Greentech Renewables. You’ll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing helpful information through live chat. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a smooth experience with our services—whether they’re exploring our renewable energy solutions, seeking help with a product, or tracking their orders. What You’ll Do
Live Chat Support: Respond to customer inquiries in real-time through live chat on our website, providing accurate information and resolving issues. Customer Assistance: Help customers with questions about our products, services, and general company information related to renewable energy. Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues related to products, orders, or services and provide effective solutions or escalate as needed. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Greentech Renewables’ products, services, and policies to provide the best assistance possible. Friendly Communication: Ensure every customer interaction is professional, friendly, and helpful—your positive attitude will leave a lasting impression. Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, inquiries, and issues in our CRM or ticketing system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve customer inquiries or issues that require additional support. What We’re Looking For
Customer Service Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat environment, or any similar role where you’ve communicated with customers via text. Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of spelling, grammar, and tone. You should be able to make complex information easy to understand. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using live chat software, CRM systems, and other tools that help you manage customer inquiries. If you haven’t worked with these tools before, don’t worry—we’ll train you! Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and quickly solve customer problems, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner. Attention to Detail: You’ll need to track and document customer interactions carefully to ensure accurate record-keeping. Patience & Empathy: As a customer support representative, you’ll need to remain calm, patient, and empathetic when dealing with customers, even when resolving challenging issues. Interest in Renewable Energy: While it’s not a requirement, a passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a huge plus!
