Where You’ll Make a Difference
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs Specialists and Managers on cross‑functional projects.
Support product compliance, regulatory documentation and certification processes for fragrance products.
Manage data within regulatory compliance systems.
Anticipate and implement solutions for upcoming regulatory changes, focusing on sustainability and product claims.
Prepare and deliver regulatory presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in Trade Organization meetings alongside the Regulatory Affairs team.
Review fragrance formulas for compliance with regulations, customer requirements, and industry guidelines.
Provide regulatory support to sales, creative and applications teams.
Prepare customer documentation related to fragrance formulas.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
5–7 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role or related field.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Experience working with data and documentation systems.
Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Attention to detail and a customer‑service mindset.
