The Senior Planner, US Demand Planning – NARS will ensure US demand for core and innovation products (permanent and limited life) is aligned to US financial targets, product benchmarks, historical trends and brand priority. Lead monthly Demand Review meetings to ensure alignment with the US commercial organization and S&OP lead before demand submission. What You Will Do
Own an 18-month demand plan by retailers and align new launch forecasts to meet financial targets based on historical trends, benchmarks and growth strategies. Lead internal demand review meetings to roll up each retailer's demand and review against budget and sales targets; align with the brand’s commercial leadership and S&OP expectations. Manage monthly KPI targets including Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias; review root cause analyses and implement corrective actions. Day-to-day Responsibilities
Responsible for at least 2 retailers or DTC planning groups. Owner of the 18M external demand planning. Build and align new launch forecasts to meet financial targets; lifecycle management for retailer-specific adds/deletes. Manage Forecast Accuracy/Bias per KPI targets; perform monthly reporting and root cause analytics with action plans. Implement IBP Statistical Forecasting for US Portfolio and complete historical data cleansing. Implement statistical forecasting across all retailers by YE 2026. Lead at least 2 retailer-specific pre-Demand Review and Demand Review meetings; facilitate collaboration among Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing and Finance to align on the US Region Demand plan before month-end submission for production. Lead US Launch Consensus meetings with key stakeholders to ensure launches are sized to financial targets and retail projections for adequate inventory at launch. Who You Are
College degree or equivalent work experience in the beauty industry. 4+ years’ experience in demand planning (beauty or CPG preferred). Experience with S&OP, supply chain, data analysis or related business planning is a plus. Ability to lead cross-functional meetings and drive actions and accountability. Excellent communication of complex topics to peers and senior leadership. Adaptability in a highly collaborative environment. Advanced Excel skills with ability to manipulate large data sets for intuitive reporting. What We Can Offer You
