Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - In-Center with WFH Days & Flex Scheduling

to support in‑center clients in Plano with hybrid flexibility. What We’re Offering
Earning potential up to $100,000 based on experience, skills, and geography. Sign‑on bonus starting at $5,000 and attainable monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years). Hybrid/Center‑Based Role supporting in‑center cases in Plano. Initial onboarding support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3–4 weeks, weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed. Monthly CEUs, annual in‑house conference, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives. 23 days off annually, including 1 floating holiday and 15 days of PTO that begins to accrue from Day 1. Flexible schedule: work from home based on performance; in‑clinic session timeframes 8am–6pm; no weekend required unless you schedule make‑up sessions. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead by example and provide pillar of support: inspire and guide technicians with effective supervision and support, ensuring high reliability and fidelity of treatment plans. Drive positive change: conduct FBAs, develop innovative ABA programs, continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and problem solve to help each client reach their potential. Embrace challenges with grace: stay calm and professional, adapt to change, and continuously seek growth opportunities. Lead with initiative and openness: proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing. What We’re Looking For
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB. Active LBA Certification in Texas issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Criminal background check, TB test, and pre‑employment physical exam (paid by the employer). EEO Statement
