The FEC Manager at Es Vedra Cinemas oversees all aspects and will serve as the expert in FEC operations, with a focus on arcade, bowling, redemption store, and other attractions. This role requires a creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Job Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest engagement, including promotions, special events, and loyalty programs. Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment and attractions, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed. Hire, train, and supervise gaming and attractions staff, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure a high standard of customer service. Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and other supplies, ordering replenishments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels. Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, researching new games and attractions to enhance the guest experience. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned. Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests, staff, and industry partners. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required. Proven experience in FEC management or related role, with a strong understanding of gaming and attractions operations. Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times. Comfortable with flashing lights & loud noises. Team Member Benefits
