Commercial Project Superintendent
to oversee our commercial roofing projects throughout Arizona. What You’ll Do: Lead and supervise roofing crews and subcontractors on-site Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics Enforce strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols Conduct daily safety meetings and inspections Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, inspectors, and vendors Manage project schedules, documentation, and resource allocation Inspect work for quality and address deficiencies promptly What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing field experience (Superintendent or Foreman level preferred) Proven experience with TPO, coatings, shingle, tile, and metal roofing systems OSHA 30 Certification required Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Proficiency in construction/project management software (Acculynx, CompanyCam, etc.) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to travel to jobsites throughout Arizona and work outdoors in varying conditions Must be able to pass Federal background check for Federal jobs. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Why Join Us?
