We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager (PE) with experience in managing manufacturing & industrial type design projects to join our dynamic team in our Orlando, FL office. Must be a licensed professional engineer or architect. Senior Project Manager (PE) responsible for managing BRPH design projects to meet the customer’s program, expectations, and the Firm’s Mission and Vision. Projects are complex and require independent judgement under the supervision of the Director of Project Management. Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects to meet customer program, expectations, and the Firm’s Mission and Vision; exercise independent judgement on complex assignments. Understand project scope, goals, limitations, and customer goals; communicate with clients, design team, construction administration team, contractors, and agencies as necessary. Develop project scope of work when required; prepare project proposals and contracts per Firm policies. Plan projects including activities, schedule, milestones, and cost projection; establish and manage the project budget and report status. Request staff allocation and coordinate with the team to fulfill project requirements; convey expectations to the team. Lead and manage the project and the Firm’s team (staff and consultants); control and coordinate project activities to meet obligations with quality and profitability. Practice risk management; prepare Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions and Division I of the Specifications. Mentor team members and supervise Project Administrators; prepare project status reports and maintain documentation and records. Prepare scope of work, obtain proposals, and prepare Agreements and Purchase Orders for required outside resources; assist accounting with invoicing and accounts payable. Promote customer satisfaction and deliver to the customer’s expectations in accordance with contractual obligations and Firm policies. Provide documentation to close out projects and maintain the Firm’s project data base; assist in marketing in line with the Firm’s plan and policies. Ensure project quality and participate in Quality Control Review sessions; promote communication and collaboration among staff. May visit construction sites to review progress, attend meetings, review RFIs, prepare ASIs/PRs, and prepare progress reports. Supervise or assist in supervising and coordinating work as needed. Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction-related field from an accredited four-year college or university. Minimum of eight (8) years related experience in the responsibilities listed above. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Must be a licensed professional engineer or architect. Must Be Proficient In The Use Of:

Microsoft Windows, Excel, Project, and Word. Proficiency in firm standards and practices as defined in BRPH Systems Manuals. Physical Requirements
