As a Procurement Specialist 5, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. What's the Job?
Lead in determining and managing sourcing strategies within defined categories or subcategories.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define category strategies, plans, and processes for sourcing goods and services.
Oversee the sourcing process, manage materials and reports for management, and provide procurement advice to business areas.
Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key strategic suppliers, ensuring procurement activities progress smoothly.
Monitor compliance with sourcing processes and act as an internal consultant throughout each stage.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Strong understanding of procurement policies, processes, and best practices.
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sourcing solutions.
