Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations. Oversee daily operations to meet production goals and optimize efficiency. Manage maintenance schedules and ensure equipment reliability. Perform routine maintenance on process equipment. Responsible for managing the plant’s operating budget. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Note: This position requires 24/7 on-call availability. Overnight travel may be required occasionally for training and/or plant support activities. What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in industrial gas or chemical plant operations and/or maintaining an industrial VSA and/or ASU. Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices. Experience with various software systems used at an ASU. General understanding of instrumentation, electrical, and control systems. Experience with tools and equipment necessary for repairing and replacing mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment. Experience working independently to troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve issues with process and plant equipment. Understanding of general accounting techniques. Why UIG
