Responsibilities and Experience
Experience with compound semiconductor epitaxy equipment, processes, and characterization tools (including photoluminescence and x-ray diffraction) is highly desirable, but not necessary depending on the candidate's other qualifications.
Loading and unloading of wafers into semiconductor process and test equipment.
Additional experience working with software-based tools and manufacturing databases is also desirable.
Effort level and a good attitude are extremely important.
4 years experience in semiconductor fabrication and/or epitaxy process facility is required.
All duties are conducted inside a clean room with appropriate gowning.
Position hours are 6 AM to 6 PM, every other Tuesday, and every Wednesday, Thursday, and every Friday.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
