The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for planning activities for their assigned SKU portfolio, which may include material inbound planning, long-term finished good planning, and/or production planning at Revlon factories and/or Revlon’s Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs). The objective is to maintain high service fulfillment while optimally controlling inventory to support demand plans for domestic and international markets. Responsibilities include master data maintenance (lead times, MOQs, safety stock levels, etc.), weekly open order reviews with suppliers, cross-functional collaboration to resolve supply constraints, understanding manufacturing capacity, and analyzing brand performance. The planner develops supply planning strategies and production plans to satisfy customer service requirements for existing replenishment codes as well as new product launches, while carrying minimum effective inventory. Major Duties

Develop, maintain, and communicate a production plan and/or supply plan and/or Master Production Plan as necessary to suppliers, operational partners, and TPMs. Provide delivery commitments on materials (packaging components, chemicals, or FG/wips) through collaboration with internal and external partners; work with suppliers/TPMs to deliver SKU/Items on time and in full quantities. Monitor service levels by SKU/item and report Demand/Supply issues; partner with Demand Planning and Customer Logistics to resolve issues and allocations. Perform short- and long-term supply/demand analysis, highlighting concerns for the next 12 months and comparing against RCCP. Develop and manage run strategy for assigned products and align system parameters to reflect decisions. Use capacity/demand analysis to identify constraints and drive resolution with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning. Coordinate and execute production sourcing moves to meet corporate objectives. Develop inventory targets and manage tasks to achieve corporate inventory levels on cost and unit bases. Maintain target inventory levels while preserving high service levels. Project inventory levels quarterly; monitor SLOB inventory and provide recommendations to reduce or repurpose opportunities. Monitor actual output versus plan; identify gaps and drive solutions, including production performance metrics. Review forecast with Demand Planning, Sales, and Marketing to identify gaps and potential SLOB. Analyze MRP data to control and verify delivery schedules with suppliers. Report KPIs timely and support S&OP processes by reviewing service levels and resource plans. Liaise with cross-functional partners through the product life cycle to ensure timely NPD execution, Phase In/Phase Out and discontinuations while maintaining inventory control. Serve as primary contact on inventory availability and production timing for Customer Logistics and Sales; maintain regular contact with vendors and internal customers to minimize supply risks and prepare alternate plans as needed. Knowledge and Skills Required

Thorough working knowledge of computer-based manufacturing systems (MRP, MPS, Manugistics, and SAP) Strong understanding of supply chain processes including manufacturing planning, demand, and replenishment Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Analytical skills to evaluate and prioritize data Ability to manage complexity and balance multiple priorities Creative thinking and the ability to work "outside the box" Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Education Level (Minimum):

BA/BS degree or 5 years related work experience Preferred Areas of Study:

Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Research, Engineering; experience in manufacturing processes, productivity, and efficiency measurements; ERP systems experience (especially Advance Planning Systems); APICS CPIM is a plus Minimum Years Experience Required:

3–5 Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $55,000 - $80,000 per year; base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Some roles may be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
