Industrial Equipment manufacturer is seeking a Production Control Manager to drive on-time delivery through efficient planning and coordination.
Anticipate $70,000 - $90,000+ Full suite of benefits; Health, 401K + match, PTO, Holiday, etc.
Responsibilities
Develop production schedules to meet delivery targets.
Coordinate shop floor activities and material flow.
Use ERP/MRP systems for forecasting and reporting.
Collaborate with operations and supply chain to resolve bottlenecks.
Drive lean practices to improve KPIs like OEE.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in operations/engineering preferred (not required)
5+ years in production control/scheduling in manufacturing.
ERP/MRP proficiency
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Metal fabrication/manufacturing experience a plus.
