Traveling Superintendent – Riverview Exterior Construction LLC

Job Overview Riverview Exterior Construction LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead the successful execution of exterior siding and specialty product installations on multifamily projects throughout the Southeast. This hands‑on leadership role requires travel, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of siding systems and field coordination. You will manage one major project at a time and serve as the vital link between on‑site crews, project managers, and general contractors, ensuring high standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily field operations on multifamily exterior siding projects.

Coordinate crews and subcontractors to ensure productivity and high‑quality installation.

Serve as the primary liaison between general contractors, project managers, and field teams.

Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols, project specifications, and scheduling milestones.

Perform quality control inspections on siding, trims, moisture barriers, and related systems.

Document daily field activity, time logs, safety checklists, and material usage reports.

Assist with delivery scheduling and on‑site inventory tracking.

Resolve field challenges proactively and communicate solutions with management and GCs.

Travel to project sites throughout the Southeast; manage one project at a time.

Qualifications

1-3+ years in siding, framing, or building envelope supervision for multifamily construction.

Strong understanding of fiber cement, vinyl, engineered wood siding systems, and moisture protection best practices.

Prior experience managing field crews and working with general contractors on large‑scale projects.

Ability to read construction drawings, details, and install specifications.

OSHA 10 (required); OSHA 30 (preferred).

Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency with digital project tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, etc.).

Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Willingness to travel as needed across the Southeast region.

Occasional weekends or extended hours depending on project deadlines

Location

Projects located throughout the Southeast U.S.

Travel and temporary stays near job sites are required; per diem and accommodations provided as applicable.
