Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all plumbing and mechanical construction activities on project sites.
Guide assigned crews and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality completion of projects.
Adhere to safety standards and budget constraints while upholding RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Collaborate with project teams to drive project excellence from start to finish.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is the minimum formal education required.
Courses in construction management, plumbing trade school, etc. preferred.
The ability to obtain or have a Class A Wastewater and Class B Drinking Water License.
The ability to obtain or have a Medical Gas Certification and familiar with NFPA 99 (Health Care Facilities Code).
Knowledge and understanding of IPC and ICC codes.
Five or more years of work experience as a plumbing mechanical Superintendent running plumbing crews with project scopes of at least $1,000,000 (commercial or industrial).
Three or more years of field or trade work experience with pressurized mechanical and plumbing systems (government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred; design-build experience preferred).
CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour Certifications, EM-385, and STS required (Training can be provided).
Computer literacy (Outlook) preferred; BIM software literacy preferred (Training can be provided).
Master plumbing license preferred.
Relocation to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and a valid passport are required.
